Show them the finished job before it exists.

Thirteen models across four disciplines, rendered live on this page. Orbit them, cut a section through the middle, pull them apart layer by layer, move the sun, swap the finishes, read the dimensions. Then describe your own project and see which price bracket it lands in, before you commit to anything.

Scope, price and delivery date in writing before you pay anything. Sample data: every model on this page is illustrative geometry, not an engineered drawing.

Describe the project in a sentence or tap the options. The bracket, what's included and what I need from you update as you type. Nothing here is sent anywhere until you choose to text or call.

Tip: mention what you already have (plans, photos, a sketch) and who has to approve it.

    I need from you

Delivery date agreed in writing before work starts; a first look usually comes back within days of receiving your material.

Every price is from the KytherIQ price book and is confirmed in writing. Nothing is charged until you approve the scope. Structural, permit or code work needs a licensed engineer, which KytherIQ does not provide.

      Why it earns its money

Four audiences, four different reasons, and none of them is "it looks nice".

      Architects

A massing study a planning board reads in ten seconds beats twelve sheets they'll skim. Section cuts show what elevations only imply.

      Contractors

Half the arguments on a job are about what the customer thought they were getting. A model they approved is the agreement in a form they understood.

      Investors

Unit mix, parking count and massing in one object you can hand a lender. A spreadsheet can't answer what it feels like standing there.

      Designers

Clients choose finishes from a website and dislike them in the room. Materials, light and clearances resolved before anything is ordered.

Tap one to load it in the studio. Each was built to show a specific decision getting made early, while it is still free to change.

      What it costs

3D work is quoted against the custom-build brackets. Which one you land in depends on how much has to be accurate rather than illustrative. You always know the bracket before you commit.

      Bracket 1
      $2,850
3-day build sprint. One model that looks right, orbit-ready, with the section and pull-apart tools you see here.
      • Built from your photos, sketch or rough plan
      • Up to two finish schemes
      • Still renders for a proposal or a board
      Bracket 2
      $6,500
Standard build. Dimensioned from your measurements or drawings, with clearances and a dimension sheet.
      • Dimensioned model with annotated views
      • Sun / shade or lighting study
      • Interactive link you can send to the client
      Bracket 3
      $12,500+
Advanced build. Multi-building sites, unit mixes, walk-through animation, every clearance checked against drawings.
      • Full site with parking and landscape
      • Walk-through animation
      • Revisions through approval
$950/dayDay rate for small changes to a model you already have, or for a sit-down modelling session on site.

Half is due when you approve the written scope and half when you approve the finished model. Paid by card or Apple Pay through Stripe. Illustrative models are not engineered drawings and are not for construction, permitting or fabrication; anything structural needs a licensed engineer's stamp, which KytherIQ does not provide.

      Questions people ask

What do you need from me to start?

Whatever you have: photos of the site or the part, a sketch on paper, an architect's plans, measurements, or a link to something similar. If all you have is a phone call, we start there and I list what to send.

      How accurate are the models?

As accurate as the bracket you choose. Bracket 1 looks right and is built from photos and rough sizes. Brackets 2 and 3 are dimensioned from your measurements or drawings. None of them replaces an engineer: anything structural, permit or code related needs a licensed professional's stamp.

      How long does it take?

The delivery date is agreed in writing before work starts, and it depends on what you send and how many revisions you want. A first look usually comes back within days of receiving your material. I don't promise a date on the phone.

Can my customer see it on their phone?

Yes. The same viewer you are using here runs on phones and tablets. You get a link you can text them, and still images for proposals and boards.

      What about changes?

Small changes to a model you already own are covered by the day rate. Larger rounds of revisions are written into the scope up front so there are no surprises.

      Do I own the files?

Yes. You get the viewer link, the still images and the model file. You keep them whether or not we work together again.

      Send me the project.

Tell me what it is and who has to be convinced. I'll tell you the bracket and the delivery date, in writing, before you commit to anything.
