Tristin Von Gunten, doing business as KytherIQ collects the information you give us (name, business, phone, email, and job details) and the information needed to run services you buy (for example, the phone numbers of people who call your business).
We use it only to provide and support our services, to bill you, and to meet legal duties. We don't sell personal information. Service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, Twilio for calls and texts, Supabase and Netlify for hosting) process it for us under their own security terms.
Forms on this site
The contact form on this site is processed by Netlify Forms. It collects what you type: your name, business, phone, email, what's going wrong, plus the page you sent it from and the site name. We use that only to reply and to do the work you ask for. We don't add you to a mailing list.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers, which see your IP address when the font files are requested.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information: 754-654-9449 · tristin@kytheriq.com. We delete what we hold about you within 30 days of your request, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
